Delivery & Returns


Dispatch Times- If you need something fast tracked please send us a message at hexedbynightshade@gmail.com and I will let you know the quickest dispatch time.
Otherwise, the dispatch time for all Handmade products such as Wax Melts, Bubble Bath and Bath Bombs will take 5-7 days. This is due to the fact that the products are made to order and need time to cure once made before they can be sent to you. The dispatch time for all other products will take 1-3 days unless ordered with a Handmade product, then they will be dispatched together. Please note, the delivery time is on top of the dispatch time. Delivery is usually made within 2-4 days of dispatch. By purchasing from this website you agree you are happy with receiving your order within the stated timescale at the time of the order.
Postage Charges- Postage is free for orders over £35. For orders under £35, postage is £2.99 and your order will be dispatched via a 2-3 day fully tracked courier (UK only). If you live outside of the UK, send us a message at hexedbynightshade@gmail.com and we will work out postage costs for you. 
Returns Policy- Our Returns Policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and proof of purchase will be required. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All handmade to order products such as Candles, Wax Melts, Soaps, Bubble Bath and Bath Bombs are non returnable unless faulty and can not be cancelled once the order has been processed. If you have changed your mind, please get in contact as soon as possible and if we haven't finished your product yet, we may be able to change or adjust it.
Refunds will not be issued where bath bombs or similar items are cracked or are not perfectly spherical. Cracks and small amounts of uneveness and imperfections are present on most hand made bath bombs and products, and are there from manufacture. All of these items are HAND MADE – they are not perfect or flawless. This in no way effects their primary function, however may effect it cosmetically in appearance.  Refunds will of course will be issued if the item is broken or smashed. When we send our products to you, we have ensured that they are securely and safely packaged. However we understand that accidents can happen. In the event of this, we will require photographic evidence before or if any action will be taken. Items damaged due to weather conditions beyond our control refunds will not be issued.
Please inspect your order as soon as you recieve it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start a return, please fill out the form below with your order details, reason for return and request for an exchange or refund. We will get back to you within 2 working days to process the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please be aware that the credit can take up to 7 working days to show up in your account.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
